Terms and Conditions
There will be no other additional chardes of any kind added to the confirmed group rates without mutual written consent between the Agent and Association.
Reservations will be made directly from the participants to Commodore Travel by credit card (2,9% fee will apply).
The participants are obliged to pay 50% of their accommodation (sum of all days booked) by the 20th of May,2015 and the remaining 50% at 14 days prior to their actual arrival.
The conference will publicize a thirty (30) day cutoff of May 18,2015.
Penalties for cancellations are charged to the attendees individually!
Penalties policy for individual cancellation of a reserved room are as follow:
Cancellation 21-14 days before arrival: 25% of the total cost of the room.
Cancellation 13-7 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the room.
Cancellation 6-2 days before arrival: 75% of the total cost of the room.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total cost of the room.
