Cancelation Policy
We confirm that in case of partial or total cancelation of the event and the bookings, the following rules will be obligatory for AMC.
- 21-14 days before arrival : Full Charge of the 25% of the total cost of the rooms cancelled including B.B.
- 14 - 7 days before arrival : Full Charge of the 50% of the total cost of the rooms cancelled including B.B.
- 7 - 2 days before arrival : Full Charge of the 75% of the total cost of the rooms cancelled including B.B.
- 48 hours before arrival : Full Charge of the 100% of the total cost of the rooms cancelled including B.B.
- In case of non show, Full charge of 100% of the total cost of the rooms cancelled including B.B.
Payment Policy
Deposit equal to 50% of the TOTAL value of rooms, until 15th May 2015.
Full payment of the remaining amount cost of the rooms δωματίων LATEST 14 days prior to group’s arrival.
